I’m a writer based in Sydney, Australia.
Not to be confused with Wendy ‘the Knife Coach’ Lewis, aesthetics consultant from New York; Wendy Lewis from Blackpool, considered by some to be the ‘most disgusting woman’ in Britain or Wendy Lewis aka Mrs Texas 1994.
I write adult non-fiction specialising in history, biography and crime. My most recent book, Celebrating 150 Years of Rookwood Catholic Cemetery, was released in September 2017. I also write for the stage with a focus on black comedy and the surreal. Recent productions include The Devil’s Caress, based on the novel by June Wright, which played Star of the Sea Theatre, Manly in March 2018; and Do Not Touch which was part of Director’s Cut Micro Theatre Newcastle in June 2018.
